Artist’s Statement
My collage is defined by text and sheet music, hand-colored and shaped. The work develops as I move through the piece striving to remain open to unexpected surprises.
Bio
Deborah has made art all her life. She took art classes at the University of Colorado and the University of Minnesota. In addition, she has participated in numerous workshops including at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. and the Art League of Alexandria, VA.
Deborah earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado.
Deborah divides her time between Las Vegas and mountains.
